Answering a question is simple

I am currently summarizing exit interviews for 3 graduating classes. I am concerned, however, because they do not seem to have the ability to read and answer a question properly. If you are asked, “What special opportunities does this program present to the students,” an acceptable answer is not to say, “This program should not be web based.” See, if you had taken a moment, you would know that not only did you not answer the current question, you have answered the next question. How on earth are these people graduating?
